3. Content Review Methods

The platform adopts a dual review mode: third-party professional review and on-platform manual review.

3.1 Third-Party Review

Qualified third-party service providers conduct automated real-time detection and preliminary review of Platform Content using AI, machine learning and other advanced technologies to identify suspected non-compliant content.

3.2 On-Platform Manual Review

The platform's professional manual review team conducts in-depth verification of marked content, handles user reports and appeals, and makes fair review decisions in accordance with laws and this Policy.

4. Prohibited Content

The platform prohibits the release or transmission of the following content and will handle it in accordance with this Policy:

• Content violating laws, regulations or public policies (e.g., endangering national security, inciting ethnic discrimination);
• Pornographic, vulgar, violent, terrorist or bloody content;
• False information, rumors, fraud, illegal promotion or malicious marketing;
• Content infringing others' legitimate rights and interests (copyright, privacy, etc.);
• Content endangering minors' physical and mental health;
• Content insulting, slandering, harassing others or inciting conflicts;
• Other inappropriate or non-compliant content determined by the platform.

5. Monitoring and Disposal Process

• Real-time Monitoring: Suspected prohibited content is detected and marked in real time.
• Review: Marked content undergoes third-party preliminary review and platform manual verification.
• Disposal: Prohibited content will be deleted, blocked, or restricted; users may face account penalties if necessary.
• Appeal: Users can appeal misjudgments through designated channels, and the platform will respond promptly.

6. User Obligations

• Abide by laws, regulations and this Policy, and do not release prohibited content;
• Be responsible for the legality of the content released;
• Cooperate with the platform's monitoring and review work;
• Report prohibited content found on the platform.

7. Privacy Protection

The platform and its third-party partners will strictly protect user personal information and content privacy, and take technical and management measures to ensure data security, in line with laws and regulations.

8. Policy Update

This Policy may be updated. Updated versions will be announced on the platform; continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
