Data You Provide to Us

Account Creation Data: This is the data required to create an account. Without it, we cannot provide our services to you.

1. Your nickname, date of birth, and username, etc.
2. During account creation, you may also choose to share some additional information with us, such as a personal profile, email address, and profile photo.

Content Data: We receive content created by you when using our services (as defined in the terms), including photos, videos, messages, etc. Please remember that other users may copy (e.g., by taking screenshots) your content and share it through other services, so we recommend not sharing any content you do not want others to see or copy.

Device Information: We automatically log information about your Internet Protocol (IP) address and information about your device, including device identifiers (e.g., MAC address), device type, your device's operating system, browser and other software types, versions, languages, settings, and configurations. 2. How We Use Personal Data

• Outbound Links: If you access websites, products, or services provided by third parties (including through the service or the Ginger website), those third parties may also collect information about you. Please review the privacy policies of each third party to understand how they use the information collected. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any information exchange between you and any third party.

Additionally, third-party service providers (such as analytics, personalization, fraud, security, and advertising companies) may also use technology to collect personal data through our website and applications; please refer to the "Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Technologies" section above for details.

4. Personal Data Choices and Options

• Access and Understanding: If you wish to view information about your personal data, you can do so by logging into the Ginger service you use and viewing some personal data associated with your account. You also have the right to request more information about our collection, use, disclosure, or sale of your personal data, including requesting copies of the personal data we hold about you. You can correct certain personal data by logging into the Ginger service you use and using the options available to update personal data associated with your account. • Email Preferences: You can choose whether to receive our promotional emails. If you receive promotional emails from us and wish to stop receiving them, you can follow the instructions in these emails. However, please note that these choices do not apply to certain information communications, including surveys and mandatory service communications. 5. Security of Personal Data

We make every effort to ensure the privacy of all personal information you provide to us. To help us protect personal data, we require you to use strong passwords and not share your password with anyone or use the same password with other websites or accounts. When you delete your account, Ginger will stop providing services to you and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Children's Personal Information

Our services are designed for a general audience and are not specifically targeted at children. As far as our services are concerned, we do not intentionally collect or retain any personal information of individuals under the age of eighteen (18) and do not intentionally allow these minors to use our services. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), please do not attempt to register for our services or provide us with any personal information. If we become aware that any individual under the age of eighteen (18) has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such information. If you believe that any child under the age of eighteen (18) may have provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information specified in the "Contact Us" section.

Personal data we collect may be stored and processed in your country or region, or in any other country where we or our affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, or third-party partners process data. By using electronic communications on Ginger and/or posting revised privacy policies, and continuing to use the Ginger website, you agree that such electronic communications or postings constitute notice of the privacy policy. Please review our privacy policy regularly to learn about any modifications.

We will modify the "Last Updated" date at the top of the statement to announce changes to the privacy policy. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by posting a revised privacy policy or posting notice on our website, or by notifying you as required by law. You agree to regularly review the privacy policy for any changes. By continuing to use this service, you accept the revised privacy policy.
